Saffron holds a BSc in Anthropology and Spanish, during which she spent time living in Madrid and working in Marketing and Sales. Saffron is a Registered Associate Nutritionist with clinical experience. She is passionate about translating complex scientific research into clear, practical guidance that people can apply to their everyday lives.

Saffie has a particular interest in the role food plays in shaping long-term health, and you’ll often find her experimenting with new ingredients and recipes in her kitchen.

Outside of work, Saffron enjoys staying active, walking her Labrador, and travelling!
