HRS Embark on a Company Rebrand

HRS are excited to be embarking on a rebranding project that will allow us to reposition the business with a new brand identity. The rebrand has been made possible as a result of the Invest4 Grant we have been awarded. These grants are awarded to support growing and established businesses and the fund provides up to 40% of a business investment. We are thrilled to have received this grant as it will help to further grow the business.
HRS Communications has experienced significant growth within its first three years, and it was identified that a rebrand was required to enable a repositioning within the market as a full-service agency. The rebrand will professionalise the look and feel of the agency and help position HRS Communications as a market-leading nutrition communications agency. The aim is to both attract bigger blue-chip companies and retain small to medium enterprise businesses through building and strengthening the brand whilst maintaining the core values of the business.
The rebrand is part of a wider strategic business and marketing plan for HRS Communications. The business has been stripped back to its foundations and aspects such as target audiences, buyer personas and the company’s vision, have all been re-evaluated. These strategic activities have been carried out to further understand the current business and assess what is needed to take HRS to the next level. By identifying the market position of HRS, knowing what the competitive landscape looks like and having a clear focus on who the client audiences are, a solid foundation has been created, enabling the business to enter its growth stage in a stronger position.
The rebrand brief focused upon creating an improved version of the current brand, appealing to a wider audience than the original brand, enabling HRS to be repositioned as a full-service agency communications agency with a modern feel. To achieve this, the rebrand will see a modern, edgy logo complimented by a new colour palette and the use of textures.
To complete such a large-scale project, HRS Communications is partnering with two recommended companies. We’re working with Source Design to develop our new website and digital marketing launch campaign and Studio White Marketing to develop our new marketing strategy, which we hope to launch in the Autumn.
Studio White Marketing are a Birmingham based consultancy experienced in delivering strategy, planning large scale projects, and executing digital marketing. Working alongside the HRS team, they are helping to create and deliver the full business and marketing strategy. This includes coordinating the project rebrand and liaising with all connected project stakeholders. Source Design are a Shrewsbury based agency of creative thinkers and technical experts who work together to create inspiring brands and digital solutions that result in leads and sales. Their previous work with many food and nutrition companies made them the perfect match for the project. Source Design will help HRS Communications to deliver on branding, web and digital marketing elements.
HRS are really excited for the future growth of the business, and we look forward to implementing a new brand identity that will allow us to establish a dominant market position with a greater presence. The goal is to turn our brand vision into a reality, and we look forward to working with Studio White Marketing and Source Design to achieve this. Our brand-new look will be coming soon, so keep your eyes peeled in the Autumn!
