Case study
Symprove – educating healthcare professionals
The brief
Symprove, a gut health supplement brand, is passionate about helping to educate healthcare professionals about the benefits of gut health and ensuring they know the latest evidence-based research. We were asked to bring this research and insight to life in an engaging, meaningful and practical way.
Our approach
We needed to develop a brand new HCP strategy and in order to do this we worked through their key educational objectives.
We have a unique team of healthcare professionals, which means we could use our clinical experience to advise on topical content ideas that were relevant to HCPs and which could be delivered in a variety of ways.
Once agreed, our team of HCPs collaborated with Symprove to develop written content on behalf of key opinion leaders in order to leverage their credibility. This was used in print media, digital marketing, interactive webinars and annual HCP conferences. Our medical writers have strong academic backgrounds and are adept at creating many forms of copy for a variety of audiences.
In order to build on Symprove’s growing reputation as a trusted partner in gut health and a leader in developing HCP knowledge, all content was sent through to professional HCP bodies for quality endorsement in order to receive accreditation for continued professional development. We always ensure we produce engaging and evidence-based copy in line with the latest scientific research and industry guidelines.
As part of our working relationship, we provided seamless account management and were entrusted to build and manage media partnerships, thereby building Symprove’s affiliation and credibility with key health institutions.
